All items usually ship within 24-business hrs of receiving a cleared payment. We ship using USPS Priority Shipping unless USPS Express Shipping is chosen at checkout.

Phone is fully warranted and may be returned for free exchange,repair, or refund (at our descretion) within 30 days of receipt if item does not operate properly. Return postage is the expense of the buyer. Refunds and replacements will be granted once returned item is received. On items over $70 there is a 10% restocking fee for returns when a refund is desired. On items less than $70 the restocking fee is $7 only when a refund is desired.
